Good Points: Easy to order.
Bad Points: They just let me order, no customer service support, no confirmation email.
General comments: I've ordered a phone for my business from www.o2.co.uk, it has been 3 weeks now and nothing has happened yet. Each time I call I experience rude customer service. They don't even seem to let me talk. I think they dont need any more customers.I never experienced poor customer service like O2 before.

This is not so much a complaint about 02 www.o2.co.uk but their delivery company DHL. I've had 2 upgrades from them and both have been 'eventful' to say the least. The first was hilarious (I can say that now but it was infuriating at the time). After a week of excuses from DHL about being unable to deliver the phone I was eventually told it had been delivered and signed for even though nobody was at home. www.o2.co.uk O2 mobile shop is good place to shop for mobile phones and accessories. Here you can buy o2 network mobile phone at best prices and polyphonic ring-tones and java games.

o2 Mobile shop is a fast growing retailer in the mobile telecom market in UK. o2 is a British telecommunication company specializing in mobile phones. A customer to o2 mobile shop could get to know about attractive tariff options and cost-effective rental deals that are available on many handsets.

On Tuesday I placed an online order with O2 www.o2.co.uk for the new Nokia N91.
I was given options of when I wanted the phone delivered. I chose to have it delivered any time on Friday, as that was a free delivery option.
Here I am on Friday morning, sitting at home not getting paid (I am an hourly paid worker and I have taken the day off for this).

The O2 www.o2.co.uk website is great. They have brilliant tariffs and good online handset deals. It's well worth a look! However, there are still problems with broken links here and there.
The high street tariffs are now available online, and online tariffs are now available on the high street. They have done away with the 0906 customer service number for online customers, and everyone now calls O2's 0845 number.

The online tariffs at www.O2.co.uk are a fairly good deal, especially if like me you text more than talk, but this site is a nightmare. I don't know if it is just o2 teething problems, but I've found it impossible to buy anything from this site as there are broken links. This is really frustrating. Also, I am a former Genie customer and am having problems with the text messaging service on my phone (a lot of people cannot reply to me!)
