Counting the minutes to it was over!!
Its was like Benidorm but in Benidorm at least you can get away from it
Horizon Court was awash with fat horrible tattooed people and they descend on the food like a plaque of locusts.
Service and quality has gone down a lot from three years ago. Everyday in the dining room to avoid locusts and service was hit and miss plenty of mistakes and poor food. And they were very rude when you did not want to buy any wine or drinks.

The entertainment or lack of it was very poor. the food was mostly warm not hot. the flight out was a short hall plane not very good for a 9 hour flight. the management team was shocking not helpful at the least. when spending £4000 for a 2 weeks holiday you expect to get 5star as told not 3 star standed. we had the worst holiday ever and will not recommend to anyone or travel with this cruise line again.............. Granted this was my first cruise but from what I witnessed and the service I had it was great. I don't know why some people get upset over little things? I bet no one came off that cruise hungry lol. They feed you like a king.
I'll wave the Sea Princes flag for them because I had a ball while I was on board. (read more)

No elegance on this ship. Poor ratio of staff to passengers would not cruise with carnival again. Bad reports from many fellow passengers who have cruised with Princess line before commenting on a dramatic drop in standards. (read more)

Princess Cruises is a cruise line I would reccomend to anyone and especially the staff from the captain to the cabin boy make your stay a happy occasionially first time cruisers A friendly, caring and delightful staff.
