    Bad Points:


    General comments: My family of 18 spent over $300,000 in 2008 with Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
    We have disputed of $970.09
    There were 14 charges that need to be references to a name or room number.
    It is the obligation of a merchant to provide documentation. We have been asking for that since September 2008, less than 30 days after the cruise, when the credit card invoice came to the house. We have stayed attentive to this matter.
    A staff member at RSSC unilaterally decided to make the decision not to explain the double charges with her reason being RSSC ' s untold ' policy ' is that once you step off the ship your agree to the unknown charges that may be charged to your credit card.
    Because of this ignorant employee of RSSC, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
