I ordered a GPS from pentagon. It arrived a week late. When I tried to reach the customer service, noone would pick up the phone or answer any emails.

I would recommend buying from this website for their cheaper prices and if you are not in a hurry to get your product.

Brought a TOMTOM xl v3 uk& Ireland throught Ebay,it wasn't new as said on the web.The item arrived very fast but there wasn't any seal on the box and when you switch on for the vevy fist time everything was displayed in Polish which we don't understand.(Most of us would think everything you buy from Uk,they will been in English). It costed me £6.70 to send back and requested a full refund, only the same box arrived 2 days later which I refused to accepted otherwise it will cost me to sent back again. Rang them few times for refund to been told it was TOMTOM's fault for Polish seetting so I filed a dispute with ebay. Finally got a refunded but £10 then for their shipping.
