I've read quite a lot of negative reviews of this retailer but I had a very positive experience. Best price on the web that I could find for excellent product delivered well packaged in a timely manner. Website could be better, would appreciate being able to track the delivery, rather than logging in and seeing just a message that order is complete. Payment taken on day my goods delivered. I'm a very happy customer

Planning a touring trip around europe on the bike with the missus and she insisted we talked to each other! so found these guys on the web gave them a ring spoke to a very helpful guy who advised me on what i needed and didn't need(nice change!) and so i bought a Scala Rider Q2 Multiset , they had the item in stock,sent it out that day and it arrived on our doorstep the next. Great Price, Great Service and Helpful. Well Recommended

Fell off my bike and snashed my gps (i was ok just hurt pride) needed replacement quick as long trip planned so phoned as could only see free delivery option on website sales girl very good agreeded to pay extra 4 quid for next day which was reasnable item arrived next day could not have been better

I was a bit dubious as I always check reviews before buying but I ordered a Garmin Nuvi Monday and before I had a chance to think about it was here delivered to my door Tuesday morning less than 24 hours after ordering for free delivery this amazed me
I have only tried the product on a small trip but it seems ok and I am delighted with the product and service received from pentagongps

Brought a TOMTOM xl v3 uk& Ireland throught Ebay,it wasn't new as said on the web.The item arrived very fast but there wasn't any seal on the box and when you switch on for the vevy fist time everything was displayed in Polish which we don't understand.(Most of us would think everything you buy from Uk,they will been in English). It costed me £6.70 to send back and requested a full refund, only the same box arrived 2 days later which I refused to accepted otherwise it will cost me to sent ...

pentagon gpc offer one of the cheapest prices on web with free delivery, but don't indicate on the website whether the items are in stock or not.
Also if you try and phone up to check on your order be warned they don't seem to switch on the phone system until about 1130 even though they say its open at 1000.
Avoid them if you can.

Bought and paid for a GPS only to receive a cheaper alternative. They asked me to return the item with the promise of a refund of my cost. I had to chase them for my replacement GPS and then they refused the refund.

I bought my gps from Pentagon GPS and it arrived within 4 days. I was a wee bit worried as I'd read reviews of the company after I'd purchased my unit but I had no need to worry. I would happily purchase from them again.

Rider 2 with Wrong SD cardThey sold me a GPS with a card that was from a different tomtom, I called Tomtom and they told me to go back to the store and have it swapped as it might affect the warranty if I ever needed a replacement, It was less than 1 week after purchase and Pentagon just argued over the phone, I had had to ask tomtom to call them and ask to have it swapped and the store even told tomtom it was their problem. In the end Tomtom sent me the correct Map themselves as Pentagon refuse ...

Having waited for a week for our sat nav from Pentagon GPS to be delivered we finally lost patience and tried to track it down. We found out that someone had signed for it (despite the fact we were both in on the day it was delivered) and Pentagon had debited the money from our account. Numerous emails and phone calls were not replied to and the one time we got through we received seemingly rude treatment and passing of the buck. Anyway we are still minus a Sat Nav and £100 out of pock ...
