I bought a tomtom start 20 for my brother as a present for passing his driving test. The price was great which attracted me to the site in the first place. I made my order at 3pm in the afternoon and i was pleasantly suprised when it arrived at my home with fedex the day after. The tomtom is great and does exactly what my brother needs it to do. I bought a ladies Garmin watch FR60...when the watch arrived i noticed it had no monitor strap incuded? when i went back to check the website i realised that i had infact purchased a watch only...eventually after two days of trying to get through by mail and phone i spoke to a lady and explained what i had done but also that the watch did'nt seem to work properly and wasnt picking up my heart rate. she advised me that i could either return the whole thing back(and me cover postage) or that... Having purchased a motorcycle bluetooth headset from them it broke after using it only four times and 12 weeks of ownership. All to eager to fob you off the manufacturer to get a repair which in my case is USA based. Argued that under consumer protection act and due to value of item they should offer a replacement or refund as USA repair would not fall under reasnable time clause for a repair. Ebay purchase went without a hitch as usual, and the item arrived through my letterbox the next day, pretty good service in getting the order away promptly as it had to travel from England to N Ireland.
Item fitted my bike perfectly.

The delivery came on time and the package was as described. There were instructions for their returns procedure but I didn't have to use it. I liked the quality of the materials in the case. It is , however, a one size fits all so it fitted my larger Garmin Nuvi 1310 by a long elastic loop. Initially this makes the fit look a bit odd but as the leather grows more supple the fit improves. Absolute joke of a company - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS. Bought a GPS for my bike (Tomtom Rider 2) - faulty base unit meant display would not charge. Sent back the base unit as resquested, with covering letter and now cannot make contact to resolve the problem - no reply to numerous emails and phone just goes to an apology about being busy and then cuts out. Ordered a Garmin Nuvi 1340 Sat nav.Paid by Master Card payment (taken within a day).Despite two weeks phoning and e mailing this joke of a company no answer,no Sat Nav no money!
Telephone calls go to a recorded you are in a queue....then after a few minutes' due to unprecedentedm your call cannot be taken.End of call.
Don't use this company(even if by chance the item is sent,their customer care is non existent.
There should be a star minus button!

Accepted order for Garmin 310XT HRM on 17 December but did not tell me out of stock. I phoned them a week later to be told new stock just received and had it 2 days later, just before Xmas. Unfortunately no HRM strap with it. Rang and texted all over Xmas & New Year period but no replies. Finally they replied to an email on 6 January and in fairness I had the strap delivered to me the following day.
Would recommend them on price alone but not if you want it quickly.
