I ordered an Outback 100 and started to assemble - two of the screw holes were misaligned and I couldn't finish assembly - that was 7th may. Since then I have tried to get a spare part (it's the wooden shelf beneath the actual unit) and I am STILL waiting despite me sending lots of email. Looks like customer service is bottom of their priorities. Really disappointed.
