    Good Points: Simple and well written, story format which enables four styles of leadership to be explained then applied correctly.


    Bad Points: None really, unless you want more book than needed.


    General comments: The continuing story of the one minute manger, no longer looking out the window, but looking closely at his people, their tasks and how to offer an appropriate style of leadership. Ken Blanchard has the unique gift of taking a complex concept, Leadership, and making it easy to understand. Its all about correct behaviour, to achieve the desired result.
    One minute praising to Ken, you made me feel competent, thank you for that.
