    The book, Eliyahu Goldratt,Jeff Cox, The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement was plenty of "blah blah" information. It tells you things that a mediocre person already knows. If you consider reinforcing idea you already have a learning experience, then i recommend you buy it; otherwise, you're better off giving money to a charity.

    First novel ever read and just loved it. Nice piece of knowledge in a easy to go manner.

    Eliyahu Goldratt,Jeff Cox, The Goal: A Process of Ongoing Improvement is the kind of book that anyone can understand... in a novel format, this book shows everything that a leader should know... it uses the socratic theory to find the constraints in the process and it gives you the opportunity to think about the process and to bring the solutions on your own... it shows the way you should go... but you can make your on path...
