    Good Points: Easy to use, large load machine, cleans and rinses well, does not take ages to complete cycle as some other machines, relatively quiet.


    Bad Points: Then it broke...


    General comments: My Baumatic BTWM5 broke down with a spectacular finale. On the final spin the machine started shaking violently with a metal on metal scraping noise, door seal badly shredded, drum paddle has sheered off, shards of plastic everywhere and pump now makes rattling noise. You have to wait at least 2 weeks for engineer.
