We bought a silentnight Miracoil Bellini mattress in 2008, it was old stock but brand new and felt firm comfy and supportive, although it was quite expensive, because it was old stock we got quite a good deal, Weve had it 4 years and it is now defective and unfit for purpose, Both sides have collapsed so its like sleeping on a speed bump, I would love to leave photos on here for all to see but can't, hopefully I shall find another review site to post the pictures We contacted... “Silent night super king sized Mirapocket 2100”

NEVER AGAIN! the worst mattress we ever purchased, and it cost us nearly £600 in the sale too. When it arrived it was mis-shapen and after a couple of months it began to get wider at the top of the mattress. Complained to the sellers, they told us we needed a FIRA report to prove it was faulty. We had to pay £100 for the report and the report simply said the widening of the mattress was down to settlement and was normal. It did say that we had contributed to the problem by sitting on the... “silentnight : miracoil mattress : never again”

Bought mattress 7 months ago and within a couple of months started to sag so we could feel the base of the bed. Went to silentnight and the suppliers and produced photographs. They both said it was normal for a mattress to sag uncompresssed by 30% of its depth. Our previous mattress lasted over 10 years and now we have changed to another mattress and it is great (it isnt from silentnight). Neither silentnight nor the supplier wanted to know. “I always used to associate SilentNight as a good...”

I always used to associate SilentNight as a good quality British manufacturer of mattresses. Not any more.

Within months, the edges of the mattress were "baggy" which meant that fitted sheets kept pinging off - then within a year, the mattress was beginning to sag in places.

I am not a lightweight person at some 16 stone - but this is the first mattress which has behaved so poorly within year 1.

I have since switched to a memory foam topped all foam mattress for FAR less than I paid for... (read more)

The Silentnight Byron Mirapocket Miracoil Mattress bed is no better than any other in my opinion. My advice would be to buy a cheap matress and change it every one or two years. (read more)

Bought a Silentnight Byron Mirapocket Miracoil Mattress from www.mattress.co.uk. Loads better than my old bed which was making my tired and grumpy - now I have a full nights sleep with no interupptions - lovely - excellent service, delivered 12 days after I placed the order and on a Silentnight van- direct from them!!
