The service I received from Molly Maid in Preston was brilliant. They were very accommodating and friendly. I have used them twice now and would recommend them to anyone requiring professional cleaners. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to share my experiences with the Molly Maid Horsham franchise. I found the service to be professional, courteous and friendly. The service is well-organized and flexible enough to meet our changing needs. They were able to fit in and around our schedule. If we had any concerns or questions, they were dealt with promptly. In addition, we found that the service provided good value for the cost. Although the cleaning personnel did change from time to time, there wasn't any slip in standards. We also liked the fact the team brought everything with them, all the supplies and their own vacuum cleaner. We didn't have to provide anything unlike other services we've used in the past. I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable, conscientious and professional cleaning service.

I asked Molly Maid to do a thorough one-off clean of our home while we were on holiday. The area manager for GU8 visited my home and went through my requirements. In addition to cleaning, I asked her to co-ordinate window and carpet cleaners too. Terms were agreed and the work went ahead as planned. Costs: Molly Maid £480 for 1.5 days cleaning plus payments to window and carpet cleaners Liked: Very thorough cleaning, to a high standard in bedrooms and bathrooms, including attention to detail on wardrobe doors and removing mould in shower. Radiators are very smart and clean. Kitchen cupboards cleared and cleaned. Furniture dusted and polished. Bathroom tiles steam-cleaned and sparkling. Our contact at Molly Maid was very helpful and professional. Disliked: Some of the furniture was not put back correctly, but perhaps to be expected as the cleaners had never been in the house before. Kitchen cupboard items were not put back correctly, although the cupboards and lovely and clean. This was more annoying as it took time to put right. Observations: The team of cleaners on the first day seemed more committed than those on the second day. We felt that the second day had been a bit rushed to finish with the same attention to detail. What next? We have now agreed to have regular cleaning from Molly Maid, but if we were to consider another one-off clean, we would insist on a full two days at the property, to ensure a high standard of finish and allow time for attention to detail. After all, that is what I paid for and expected.

Purchased a Groupon voucher, £48 for £120, last December for 2 hours Professional Cleaning by Molly Maids. Booked appointment early February and two Molly Maids arrived at appointed time. They both worked for just over an hour and did a really good cleaning job, including a third bedroom when the deal was for only two bedrooms. Was so delighted that I phoned their office to request a visit to discuss a contract. This was the second time I phoned for a visit to discuss a contract but they have never phoned back to give a time to call and I have an answering machine to take messages when out. Very disappointed and guess they feel I can't afford the price they will offer. After this I have rated them at 4 stars instead of 5 which their cleaning job deserved. I guess they must be very expensive and very busy to ignore customer requests for a price to regularly clean.

Upon moving out of our flat in Clapham (London), my house mate and I needed to get the place looking fit for a landlord inspection. Doing it ourselves was out of the question. We found out about Molly Maid through a friend and got onto their website. It was really useful! Upon entering our postcode, we were given the details of our local service (Sandra Redmond's)and had an appointment booked for the end of the week.

The ladies who came were efficient, polite and definitely earned their money. The flat was a state and we were initially quite embarrassed about getting people in, but they didn't seem fazed by any of it and reassured us that they had seen far worse. After a couple of hours the place was immaculate.
