    I've been using this service for over a year from two different locations. The pay as you go call rates are really good, I find call quality generally similar to landline calls and I've found their customer services to be reasonably quick to respond. I also use Skype from one of the locations but this service is far superior to Skype and call for call it's probably cheaper.

    I have used VoipFone since 2005 and rate them as excellent. As my business has expanded, I have taken more services from them. It grows with my business and gives me excellent flexibility and reliability.

    VoipFone is easy to set up but poor call quality and customer service.
    The connection to Germany is woeful and The Netherlands hardly better. I suspect that this is becuase they use a 3rd rate cheaper carrier for calls to some destinations.
    When I called to ask for my line to be upgraded to a Gold or 1st tier carrier they simply refused!
    I would look elsewhere for a carrier that carries everything via a 1st tier/ gold carrier.

    Reliability is second to none and I have loads of accounts with other VoIP providers on my Asterisk box and Voipfone in the only one for business because there reliability is excellent, setup is easy and don ' t need firewall ports open unlike other VoIP providers (this may be different for others but our cooperate firewall handles there service without opening ports) highly recommend as I ' ve used then since 2006 and only need to call support once and it was fix there and then A++ on that

    VoipFone is a UK VoIP service designed for small business so it is reliable and has a lot of features that consumer services don't - but anybody can use it.
