Good Points: NOTHING.
General comments: I got behind on my loan but every time I called Wells Fargo to fix my account, I got a different answer every time. At one point in time they told me that I had missed a payment from 6 months EARLIER so now my account is in collections. NOBODY seems to know what is going on and every time you try to find out how much you need to pay to get your account current, depends on the person you are talking to. You can never get a straight answer.
