  Good Points: Wells has a comprehensive list of services, and good web integration.

  General comments: I have been using wells since the 80s, and I have constantly had to have fees reversed. I suppose it is to be expected, but every aspect of their process is designed to incur the maximum fees possible for low-income users. i.e. Linked accounts repeatedly incur fees on all accounts if you overdraft, alerts that you have gone over a limit are instant, overdraft alerts take 4 days. You can't always get fees reversed, and even if you can, expect many hours on the phone for each fee. I have switched most of my accounts from wells fargo, and plan to switch the rest away very soon.
