I had booked with this agent twice before and had problems but nothing major comparing to this present one.The only reason,i used this agent was that it was local.I will never use this agent as not only they gave me lots of hessel but also cheated on the flight booking. WELL I WOULD LIKE TO TELL ALL OF YOU THAT FLIGHT CATCHERS DISMISED ALL THERE STAFF MEMEBERS AND THEY FLIGHT CATCHERS IS NO MORE FLIGHT CATCHERS..... SO PLZ DO NOT TRY TO BOOK WITH THEM ... my worst ever time in my life. initially when i booked they gave me a price and that price changed for three times at start it was 470 i paid then the agent told me a story price changed to 510 then again another fcking story price changed to 545 we people dnt knw much about these things but agents do no but flightcatchers.com is the the biggest bullshitter in the travel industry . if that guy comes in front of me m gna f=ck is =ss...bloody a==hole . when i asked to refund me the money it took 8 ...

The worst travel agent in the world. The price quoted by Flight Catchers was changed. If you ever have a problem or want to change/ refund you will have a full time job on your hands.

Absolutely joke of a company. They are not cordial at all, could not maintain price advertised in the first place and then after cancellation did not refund my money. I am still waiting for the money to come but it has been already 7 days from the day they said the moeny would be on my account. I would never recommend Flight Catchers to anyone. If you want a safe journey then DONT use them.

The Flight Catchers agency charfged us without having the fare confirmed. Then they took 2 days to confirm that they didnt have the advertised fare. Finally, when we asked for our mony back, they said they returned it, but after one week of not getting the money back, we called again and we were told they hadnt yet, but would today.

In general it was not a nice experience.

Excellent price from London to Bangkok, return from Flight Catchers. No-one else could compete. Saved £130 on next priced fare by rival company. Rang a lot of companies too. All flights with Qatar airlines were as booked.

Flight Catchers quote you one price and charge you another. I was charged 250 pounds extra by their staff member who is male and still waiting after six months. They are the worst company and my only bad experience.

I booked my flight to Australia on 25 May 09 i checked everywhere the price for the flight was really expensive but some how Flight Catchers found me a cancellation with Cathay pacific.

I am so happy that i am getting the best carrier and got the best price.

Wot great level of professionalism and prompt service. By far the best travel agency in U.K. Gave ne the best prices for my tickets to Brisbane, Australia. Anybody looking to fly to Australia should look no further than FLIGHTCATCHERS.

Hi I wanted to write to say what excellent service
Flight Catchers has provided for us. Not only in finding our holiday but also in changing the hotel details for us. I am going with my husband and baby daughter and had planned to stay in the same hotel as my Mum but realised I had booked the wrong one. With a baby we were going to share the babysitting so you can imagine how difficult our holiday would have been had we not all been in the same place. I cannot express what a huge difference is ...

I would like to say that we have booked flights to Australia with Flightcatchers and had excellent service. I booked a ticket in September then this month my partner decided to join me so we promptly rang Flightcatchers for another ticket to coincide with my return flight home. They arranged everything and we will be making future bookings with them, great staff...

absolutely horrendous experience with flightcatchers - they made my life hell during the whole process - the staff kept lying about the fare prices and ticket avilability and I wasc overcharged by 170 pounds! DO NOT USE THEM!

I will not be booking my ticket with Flight Catchers again..
They have caused me nothing but hassle and stress and will probably cost me a new ticket as well.. (i am still waiting for someone to get back to me)I am going to try and find some kind of a watchdog that will help me deal with my issue with them otherwise it will end up costing me possibly over 1000 pounds!unacceptable service!
