Good Points: Dishwasher performs well but on a very limited scale: see bad points Washes well but drying leaves much to wish for.
Bad Points: The instruction book with the item was NOT the one for this particular model and the instructions in no way applied to this model.After exchanging emails with the help line I have now found that the person I email to know nothing whatsoever about this machine. So now I'm left to struggle on my own
General comments: The Siemens SF24T258GB is limited in its use now. For a machine of this price and from a so called reputable manufacturer I am disgusted with the service. Personally feel the GB office has been a waste of time as the person one contacts cannot answer any technical questions and there is no one at that office that can help me. At the moment I am operating the machine on one program only as I have not the faintest idea what the other four programs do.
This is the last Siemens device that I will purchase.
