Good Points: Well priced at $299 Au very good tight bass, well suited for valve amps very heavy for small bookshelves well built.
Bad Points: none
General comments: it is not very often your kids say dad its your birthday we're taking you to buy you new speakers , listened to about 10 different makes models ,after lugging 27kilo of valve amp into the hifi shop and 4 hours later walked out with these bookshelves priced at $300Au. Most would say your joking. kids were willing to pay up to $1000AU . so if you are looking for well made bookshelves in the $1000 bracket give the welling windsor ws-5R, s a try. with the change from a grand will get you some good quality speaker cable & leads . sit back and enjoy
