    Good Points: First couple of times I went with the Mrs it was spot on


    Bad Points: I think they must've changed the chef? My fave beef dish looked totally different.


    General comments: Depends if you catch it on a good night, I may be able to give it the benefit of the doubt now as not been there for a while and the place is really welcoming but we have had a couple of bad experiences there.
    Try Mama Rosa's, it's not as nice a restaurant or welcoming but I think the food's better.

    My wife and I visited Martini Ristorante Italiano for the first time this evening and what a surprise we had. We have traveled far and wide (UK and abroad) and spend many an evening each week dining out, with Italian cuisine being our favourite. We ate alfresco this evening (a Wednesday) in the delightful covered rear courtyard of this 400+ year old restaurant, amongst dozens of other extremely happy diners.
