    Good Points: Tastes great, really does work, not too expensive, lots of different flavours.


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: I kept seeing Danone Activia advertised on TV, but never usually respond to advertising. I have suffered with gastric problems for years, terrible IBS, violent cramps in the gut, huge bloated stomach after every meal. I saw a review in a newspaper where people were asked to try different similar products and all the ones who tried Activia said it really works.I was skeptical and decided to try it for two weeks. Incredible! In 3 days I felt great! The bloated stomach after every meal has virtually disappeared and the intestine problems have improved by about 90%. My digestion time has sped up and I no longer feel as lethargic.I have to say that in my case it has really worked and, to use an old cliche, has changed my life.
