    Grannies Helan Hame Holiday Park, Dornoch - play areas drab crazy golf all need updating not enough on site considering its rural location only allowed 50 minutes swim and have to book not allowed any longer even though the baths were empty sea views great when not raining! very repetitive nightly entertainment so much so the children wanted to stey in.this holiday would suit hikers not really a family holiday when you are constantly looking for something to do of course when booking we knew it would be quiet but the surrounding area offers a couple of castles and dolphin cruises (that we did do and pay £55:00 for and would have had more look seeing nessie!)|

    im telling you we have just had a wonderful week at Grannies. The site is great and our caravan was virtually on the beach! we all loved this especially lucy our 5 year old daughter. we rockpooled, swam, built sandcastles, picknicked and barbequed on whatmust be one of the best beaches we have ever been on. we loved witting in the caravan at night and looking out over the bay - wonderful. the site is great. lucy loved the park and the club and sepnt most evenings running around the park with oth ...

    Grannies Helan Hame Holiday Park was clean, well looked after accomodation. Nice location with clean beach. Adequate facilities, shop was very reasonably priced, not inflated for tourists which was nice. Quite a small park, but great entertainment and range of activities. There was a lack of anything to do locally. Shop closed too early. The crazy golf course looks like it was designed and built by noah before he took up ark building! Fine for a relaxing short break, but not for action seekers.
