    Good Points: Great service, love it.


    Bad Points: Can't send parcels!!


    General comments: Viapost Hybrid mail is POIP service which allows me to send a letter for the price of a stamp (no need to pay for the envelope, paper, stamp, printer ink and electricity, and no need to queue at the post office)
    Is environmentally friendly - cutting my carbon footprint
    Makes my direct mail marketing efforts much more cost-effective
    Simple and well designed software makes using the service very easy
    Great customer service via phone and emailThis is a great service and would highly recommend it for the reasons given above.
