    Good Points: GENERALLY VERY RELIABLE!


    Bad Points: If booked late, may not always pick up on required day.


    General comments: I have tried many parcel services over the last couple of years as I am a regular Ebay user and find that quite often people who advertise 'pick-up only' are often only too pleased to pack and label up if you ask them in advance - and you can then book the Courier service yourself for collection/delivery.

    Overall I have found ParcelGiant to be very satisfactory and you soon get used to your usual DHL Driver calling and he will often be able to give you an idea as to what times he is likely to be in your area so you don't then have to stay in and wait ALL day.

    I started using Parceltree/Parcelgiant when it was still called Home textiles and although I have had a few instances where the Driver failed to call on the exact day, as soon as you contact them and inform them of the failure, this is re-booked immediately and collected the following day. In fairness, the few times this has happened have always been when I have tried to book towards the end of their prescribed booking windows, so this may well have had something to do with it.

    Believe me - there are lots of companies around nowhere near as reliable as Parceltree.

    Parcelgiant delivered my goods with constant communication and service. There was a good timing and the staff are very helpful in sorting anything out.

    I have used Parcelgiant / Parceltree three times until now and have not had any problems.
    My parcels are picked up by my usual DHL drivers at the usual times. The cost is low and there is a tracking system which I don't seem to be able to use, but who needs that.
    It costs £6.50 inc VAT for the @home 48!
    I personally recommend them.
    If I have a problem I will let you know.
