“Always on answerphone/now number is out of order now!!!!”

Ordered a leather chair early November and was given guidance that delivery would be approx 8 weeks. Have had to continually chase up with their customer service line always on answerphone and their inefficient customer service ticketing system totally useless. Told to track my order on line but there is no tracking! Just shows that you placed an order. There is something not right about this company and I am pursuing means to get my money back. Ordered my sofa in September, still waiting. Got an update in November (after the original delivery date) saying it wouldn't now be available till January. Phoned again January to be told start of February, now can't get through on the phone. Don't be tempted by the "sale" prices. Honestly awful company to deal with. Wallace Sack is the worst company ever do not ever shop there. Ordered the sofa from there website mid November 2016, it still hasn't arrived. Payed in full, no one answers the phone. We ordered a leather arrmchair through these guys it arrived covered in mold and absoltuly stunk of rust where it was so badly degraded... The replacement was no better it was all dented in the front and again had got wet at some point. This tan leather chair was being offered in their sale and seemed good value.After one cancellation on the delivery and rearranging for a week later it arrived just out of the time slot.The delivery guys were good and unpacked and disappeared pretty quickly with all the packaging...why am I now surprised. “IMPORTANT Do not use this company!! ”

This company will take your money and completely fail to deliver the goods. You will not then be able to contact them for resolution or to get your money back. Please please don't order anything from them. They took the money of a 94 year old elderly gentleman and repeatedly failed to deliver the goods despite repeated arrangements for delivery dates.. I ordered a full garden set which on the website would be delivered on 7-10 working day. That was on the 7th June. I have made over 30 calls to the customer service line which in all the time I have tried has been answered once!!!! I have more luck calling out of hours and speaking to the person who passes the message on. “Unsafe furniture - please do not buy”

First delivery of outdoor rattan patio furniture was rusty. After about 30 - 40 attempts at contacting them when they failed to answer phones, emails, Tweets and Facebook messages, we eventually got it replaced. After the third time we used the New outdoor table, it smashed when we put an umbrella in the middle. This left my wife with a cut foot, our best crockery broken and our 3 month old very upset. Placed order expecting delivery within 14 days as stated. Day 16 and we had heard nothing. Rang and lady said oh that orders here, ready & waiting. Waiting for what I don't know. Arranged delivery.
