Received substandard and damaged goods. A very expensive quilt cover was coming apart at the seams when i opened it (which was 2 months after i had made the purchase) subsequentley i had an absolutley terrible time with their customer service department. I had shopped with Wallace Sacks before and the products and prices were great but service poor. Thought I'd try again as great value for money. They've completely revamped their Customer Services department and are absoluterly brilliant now. The order arrived in 2 days - I only paid standard delivery £4.95 - and I got an email to say it was coming. I WISH I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS BECAUSE THEY HAVE HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! ORDERED A CUSHION, INQUIRED THREE TIMES AND STILL NO REPLIES. ORDERED A DUVET - SECOND QUALITY, WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, VERY PLEASED, ORDERED ANOTHER 2 DUVETS AND 2 SHEETS WHICH ALSO CAME THE NEXT DAY. When I received my duvet set I noticed there was a hole in the corner where the two sides of the duvet had not been correctly sewn together. i have contacted Wallace Sacks but I am still waiting for a reply. The worst customer service, Wallace Sacks don't even reply to queries (after sales). It doesn't really matter if they don't reply before you buy the items but after? that is sooo poor..at least if they don't reply before you purchase then you will have an idea as to what sort of company this is. Wallace Sacks has marvellous beddings, and the materials are better than seen online. They feel so smooth to the touch and the throw I ordered was absolutely gorgeous and felt snuggly and warm.
I was excited to see what the items looked like and felt like in real life, and I was not in the least disappointed. I have great taste and high expectations and this is one time I would hand on heart say I was pleasantly surprised.
I will keep my eyes peeled henceforth for your offers.
