We ordered a leather arrmchair through these guys it arrived covered in mold and absoltuly stunk of rust where it was so badly degraded... The replacement was no better it was all dented in the front and again had got wet at some point. “High Back Tan Leather Chair”

This tan leather chair was being offered in their sale and seemed good value.After one cancellation on the delivery and rearranging for a week later it arrived just out of the time slot.The delivery guys were good and unpacked and disappeared pretty quickly with all the packaging...why am I now surprised. “Do not buy Charles Ray Eames Chair”

Placed several orders received a used product and now they want me to pay to send it back before I can get my refund. “The Worst Customer Service and Delivery Team Ever ”

Ordered a sofa set and not happy with the quality of the products. One of the worst customer service and delivery teams ever. It's very difficult to reach them on the phone. I was a bit sceptical of ordering from Wallace Sacks but having called them up and satisfied myself that they were bone fide I went online and ordered a black Eames lounge chair copy. We were very excited to be buying a quality piece of furniture for the garden to celebrate our first anniversary, however, our experience of using Wallace Sacks has been a complete disaster. “IMPORTANT Do not use this company!! ”

This company will take your money and completely fail to deliver the goods. You will not then be able to contact them for resolution or to get your money back. Please please don't order anything from them. They took the money of a 94 year old elderly gentleman and repeatedly failed to deliver the goods despite repeated arrangements for delivery dates.. I ordered a full garden set which on the website would be delivered on 7-10 working day. That was on the 7th June. I have made over 30 calls to the customer service line which in all the time I have tried has been answered once!!!! I have more luck calling out of hours and speaking to the person who passes the message on. “Unsafe furniture - please do not buy”

First delivery of outdoor rattan patio furniture was rusty. After about 30 - 40 attempts at contacting them when they failed to answer phones, emails, Tweets and Facebook messages, we eventually got it replaced. After the third time we used the New outdoor table, it smashed when we put an umbrella in the middle. This left my wife with a cut foot, our best crockery broken and our 3 month old very upset. Placed order expecting delivery within 14 days as stated. Day 16 and we had heard nothing. Rang and lady said oh that orders here, ready & waiting. Waiting for what I don't know. Arranged delivery. Arrived fine but the garden set we ordered one chair has a broken piece of rattan and the arm of the sofa chair is not square / flush with the rest of the the item. “A Disappointing Experience”

The disappointment began at the ordering stage when a delivery charge in excess of £50 was added to the invoice. This was for 'Essential 2 man Valet delivery service'! The Eames Recliner was delivered within the 6 week schedule but it took the 2 men about 2 minutes to deliver it because it came in 5 separate pieces that then required self assembly. I had shopped with Wallace Sacks before and the products and prices were great but service poor. Thought I'd try again as great value for money. They've completely revamped their Customer Services department and are absoluterly brilliant now. The order arrived in 2 days - I only paid standard delivery £4.95 - and I got an email to say it was coming.
