    The worst customer service, Wallace Sacks don't even reply to queries (after sales). It doesn't really matter if they don't reply before you buy the items but after? that is sooo poor..at least if they don't reply before you purchase then you will have an idea as to what sort of company this is. Their stuff is not exceptionally special, just like any other Egyptian cotton anywhere.

    i orderd a number of items from www.wallace sacks all bedding 3weeks later im still wating for one item to arrive i have sent them 3 e-mails over the last few days and have not had a answer back yet when i placed my order i was e-mailed back soon after so i dont think i will be ordering again.m.clark

    Wallace Sacks has marvellous beddings, and the materials are better than seen online. They feel so smooth to the touch and the throw I ordered was absolutely gorgeous and felt snuggly and warm.
    I was excited to see what the items looked like and felt like in real life, and I was not in the least disappointed. I have great taste and high expectations and this is one time I would hand on heart say I was pleasantly surprised.
    I will keep my eyes peeled henceforth for your offers.
