    I bought an 05 plate corsa from perrys in huddersfield in March 2009. I put down a deposit of £800 + £100 cash.My finance company is CAPITAL BANK who Bank of Scotland now runs. I was in arrears by £445 thats 3 months in arrears thats including the acceptance fee. So BOS sends me defaults that the payment hasn't been paid. So i get the £445 and pay it at the Leeds branch in cash. The payment wasn't recieved so BOS reckoned so after a week they send me another default saying the payment hasn't been made so i contact Chester and said " you want to get your facts right before you start accusing -the payment has been made on the 3rd of July", so they put it down as a lost payment and i got no apology from them. I get another default because of the missing payment. then a month later they said they found it - after all that and the defaults still remain on my credit file because of a fault of their own.A settlement figure is impossible too. It states the settlement department in Chester is open from 9:30 till 6pm on a Saturday. I rang them and they say they dont work on a Saturday. As i want to get rid of BOS i got a dealer to finish the car so the dealer wants me to request for BOS to send him a fax so i rang Chester and they say i have to wait till Monday. So i have to wait till then. All i want is the sum on a piece of paper to say what i owe. Last payment was made last month on time too even BOS has kindly given me another default - how plain stupid. No wonder BOS is in a mess. Bos is the 2nd worse bank next to its rival-HALIFAX. I will never trust them again, never.
