    I ordred a set of wheels for my car, I talked alot with POTN before I bought, as I wanted to make sure the wheels fittet.

    The wheels didnt fit, as they hit the car when ever I turned or went over a bump.

    I paied to get the wheels to fit (had to get a specilist to cut some of the metal off to change the pcb), and they said in june that they would look at the problem and get back to me, as I asked to get my bill covered.
    I have sendt ALOT of mails to them asking for a reply, but havnt not heard anything. Have waitet over 5 month now !!!

    Slight issue with wrong adapter pipe, but very impressed with the ergency to correct this issue. including myself sending it back, i had the replacement part, and fitted in a week! Recommend to everyone, very friendly, and helpful company.

    Ford fiesta mk6 suspension kit looks great. Lowers it just right and the handling is spot on. Would recomend to all.

    Ordered set of White Kei Force 10 in 18" for a Focus Mk1 with tyres from POTN. Best price I could find surfing around for a few weeks and recommendation from forum member. One of the main reasons I bought from POTN was good assistance on emails which were answered much faster than anyone else and dealt with same rep throughout. Most places didn't even phone me back.     This has to be one of the worst businesses I have ever seen. I ordered the wheels for next day delivery a week later they had not come, I had to email them despite them promising that they would email me if there were any problems. I was told that the wheel centre caps for my wheels were not in stock. I was told I had two options wait for the caps to come in and them receive my wheel or get the wheels and receive the caps when they came in, I went for the latter.     Make sure you read the terms and conditions and the delivery & returns sections of POTN before purchasing - their couriers need to know within 24 hours of signing for of any damages - plus if you unpack the item or throw away the packaging theres no chance of a return or refund - even though alloys are no refundable anyway!

    Product Brilliant, Price Brilliant, Delivery meant to be next day delivery(order made Tuesday) but was told after emailing couple of times that product had to be sent from another factory couple of days later on Friday then Received on Tuesday, Delivery 1 week. but so happy with product/price that this bit of process is forgotten about, that yeah i would recommend it & shop there again. So thanks POTN.COM for excellant product/pricing & getting back 2 my emails.

    My car looks the bomb now! Always wanted Lensos on my ride, have used POTN before so I trusted them with an expensive order. Will be telling everybody at my local cruise where to go from now on

    I bought a V Maxx kit for my Golf from POTN after seeing good reviews online. Potn were the same price as other websites, but they looked to be a big company so I trusted them more with my money. I ordered the kit on Monday morning. They emailed me that afternoon to check I'd got the right kit as Golfs can sometimes be funny with different bolt spacing apparently.     beware of POTN they take you money and dont send out the goods!
    i ordered some lowering springs and they still havent came. i contacted them and they didnt reply!

    Best price on the net with free delivery! Plus the special bonus of a £10 discount for signing up to POTN newsletter. So £93 for a full set of Red Stuff pads (Clio 182), to my door with in two days. Fast reply from the enquiry email facility too.

    I order koni suspension kit for my bmw from potn. In website they advertise that next day delivery, but later they said what would be in 3 weeks. I agree to wait and after 3 weeks I asked where my suspension kit is. They didn't respond for couple of letters and after that they said suspension kit would be after 2,5 month. So I cancel order and they said my money back would be in 5 days, already two weeks gone and no money :(

    POTN were very helpful and although were experiencing high volumes of orders and queries, responded to my questions very quickly and efficiently. Very friendly service, will definately come back to order the RS GT wheels for my Accord! ;-)
