    Went to Jewson's Kitchens on recommendation from someone after being badly let down by another company. Very happy with service, supply, design. Excellent selection of worktops. Brilliant customer service. Only a couple of very minor negative things like a screw coming loose some time after fitting.

    To date, from my initial contact with a Jewsons Kitchens in Castleford in West Yorkshire I have waited an astonishing 26 days for a quote. I know what I want, have emailed them my unit requirements, the sizes and all the appliances and even requested a quote just for the cabinets if they can't manage anything else. A kitchen planner has been out to check the measurements. He phoned me last Monday to apologise for the delay and said he would do the quote the following day. I have still not heard ...
