Good Points: Kitchen is good quality material and solid in design.
Bad Points: Some pieces were missing and contacting customer services was difficult (no one would talk to me by phone, only email, fax or post). This was very dissapointing when i wanted to buy additional items and was told i could only do this through customer services (who of course i couldn't talk to) and this made it difficult to get the parts I wanted.
General comments: A good product that is badly let down by the after care services, noone checked to see if everything is ok and despite being fantastic before taking my money, they became a different company after delivery had taken place.

We are taking Rock Solid Kitchens to court after our poor quality kitchen which was delivered with very poor workmanship. There was no effective warranty or garantuee. I checked Trading Standards and the ASA website when I googled the phone numbers and postcode of this company, only to see our experience with Rock Solid Kitchens confirmed.

My experience with Rock Solid Kitchens was poor. Delivery problems - poor communication. Some rude staff. I even had the phone put down on me. Plan dimensions incorrect - causing wrong sized items to be delivered as well as missing items - we have 6 inadequate parts delivered that took 5 "planned" deliveries to address.
Customer service is poor and I felt there was little regard for my predicaments. Advice-Do not use this company - use a supplier near to your home of which you can contact and/o ...

Received half of my kitchen almost two weeks ago. To date I have not been able to speak to anyone at Rock solid kitchen's. I have half a kitchen, which I still not able to use. I have no kitchen fitter, so I will have to pay another person to finish the kitchen if I ever receive the rest of the kitchen. Customer services are not always very helpful. We ordered a Rock Solid Kitchen. It eventually turned up 7.30 in the evening after waiting in all day! Wrong oven and electric hob instead of gas and some units even broken or parts missing! Phoned customer services and got told to fax or e-mail, but so far nobody has got back to me.

Ordered from Rock Solid Kitchens and paid for in April - still only have half my kitchen. No come back from bank as paid cash and bankers draft. Total of 42 phone calls with no real results. Now cannot get through unless email, fax or letter. The stress has almost floored me and I am so angry and upset at this company.

We have had so many failed deliveries, waiting all day for drivers to come and not turn up. Staff can't give us an exact day when our delivery of carousel and missing doors, handles, breakfast bar... are due the list goes on... Now they have changed phone number of customer service line and can only be contacted via fax, email or post.

We ordered kitchen and was told it would come thursday and dident arrive till monday after at 8 30pm. On delivery we noticed one unit was broken so sent that back but was promised another would be sen out but are still waiting.
When we started to put the kitchen in we noticed a work top was damaged, they didn't send any shelfs to go in the unit, no draws to put in the draw unit, wrong taps and door handles were sent.

I got two Rock Solid Kitchens. Good value for money on first kitchen, when nothing went wrong.
Second kitchen a poor job, kitchen units cut down and wrong ones supplied. Customer services poor. I advice you to check upon delivery to ensure everything is there and only pay when it is all done.

Ordered a kitchen with Rock Solid Kitchen and feel I got a half of one. It felt like it was a puzzle to put it together. Wrong sink, drawers didn't fit base units, worktops got holes in them, wrong doors, no holes for hinges, no hinges. I struggle to get hold of anyone, and the same goes for my emails.

A horrible experience, obviously major customer service problems - no wonder there is no Manager - or maybe that is is exactly the problem.
Should have been wary when they don't accept credit card payments!
Contact Consumer Direct immediately is the best policy if you have problems like this.

I will not go anywhere near Rock Solid Kitchens and my advice is not to go with this company. I have a broken oven, missing wall cupboards, incorrect size cupboards, a dent in my oven hood, the incorrect sink. The customer service is poor, I'm being put on hold all the time and one time when I eventually got through, I thought the attitude of some of their staff was very poor.

The kitchen I bought of Rock Solid Kitchens turned out to be an ex-display kitchen and I though it was buying a new one! In addition to that it almost looks like it is made of two different kitchens, with it being made out of what appears to be off-cuts of wood. My advice is: beware!
