    HAVING JUST TRIED TO CLAIM ON WICKES GUARANTEE FOR NEW MANHATTAN FASCIAS TOTAL NIGHTMARE WENT TO THE STORE FIRST GIVEN COSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OVER ONE MONTH LATER AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS A CLAIM FORM ARRIVED WANT ME TO TAKE PHOTOS OR GET AN INDEPENDENT REPORT HAVE TOLD THEM THE DOORS CAN BE INSPECTED
    AT ANY TIME THE FASCIAS ARE CRACKING ON THE EDGE WHICH WILL LEAD TO WATER INGRESS THE SERVICE I have had indicates that I WILL BE LUCKY TO GET NEW DOORS AND URGE PEOPLE BUYING A KITCHEN TO CONSIDER THIS

    Lovely kitchen - appalling service. First, the kitchen was delayed, but we weren't told - found out by chance from the fitter! Then the fitter hadn't measured up properly (or at all!) - so it didn't fit! Then a base unit failed QA, so can never be supplied! We were told after the kitchen had been fitted. Then the fitter dropped a wall unit and blamed the wind! Then he just left us with a half finished kitchen - he didn't even drill holes for the pipes for the sink and dishwasher! Th ...

    I have just had a Wickes Kitchen installed and it is absoluetly fantastic. Not only the quality of the units/appliances but the workmanship and the finishing touches. I did plenty of research before I decided in Wickes but would definitely recommend not only Wickes Kitchens, but the installation team also. They installed the kitchen/dishwasher/oven etc., within a week and even cleaned the windows before departure. I have read so many bad reports on kitchen installations that have gone wrong, m ...

    Booked Wickes Kitchens delivery 3 months before, week before got a call saying 3 items not in stock. Even after 45 days of delivery balance not been delivered. Called to delivery centre and store nearly 20 to 25 phone calls as of now. Every time I get a different answer, not sure when they will be delivered. They are very good until they book the order they say 5 star services afterwards crap. I strongly Say not to go.

    My wife and I decided that we needed a new Kitchen and so we looked at various makes ie:- MFI - Magnet - Kitchens Direct - Homebase. We decided against Homebase because the backs of the cabinets were only made of thin hardboard. MFI were to dear. Kitchens Direct you could only see pictures of there products and Magnet did not have a selection big enough.

    Went to Wickes in Weston Super Mare after recommendation from my builder, who really rated their kitchen furniture. Service excellent, product quality the best by far of the DIY sheds. Well pleased with the design and the showroom and delivery was on time and (almost) perfect - one door damaged and a handle missing but replaced with no quibble. Quite honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

    My experience is that you can't fault Wickes for all your DIY needs. I am now on my second kitchen from Wickes and can't rate them highly enough. The staff and extremely pleasant and very helpful, when something goes wrong they get it sorted very quickly.Just got a bathroom from B&Q and can't understand why I didn;t get it form Wickes - The B&Q warehouse is rubbish at customer service.

    Wickes Kitchens in my opinion offer a much better service than any other diy store by far! Great choice for the cost, really good price, fantastic staff.
