Reserved through Budget. Went to the Targarent desk at the Catania airport per the instructions received when I made the reservation. The desk clerk spoke English well enough. The car had a small dent not shown on the forms, but he signed off on that when I showed it to him. I turned the car in before they opened and dropped the key in the box. I wrote [email protected] requesting a receipt and got it the next day. No unexpected charges.

“We got a brand new car with only 38 km on the clock....”

We got a brand new car with only 38 km on the clock. The pick up office at Rome Arport is located beside all the other big copmanies (i.e. Hertz, Avis, etc), as is the area were you pick up and drop off the cars. The staff were very efficient and pleasant. We would use them again.
