I thought I had found the perfect dress for my prom and pretty much fell in love with it. Stupidly, I did not think of reading the reviews before I ordered it and waited until afterwards to do so. I began to be very weary after reading the reviews but thought that it might not happen to me. After purchasing what looked like a perfect prom dress made to fit we received the dress with some noticable differences to the site!! Clearly a case of editing the image on site! This site is a disgrace!!! I ordered my daughters prom dress on the 5th may, they took payment straight away too, also the dress was £119 and they took £129 and charged me £30 delivery charge!!! We have emailed the company so many times and had no reply at all, the dress still isn't here yet and my daughters prom is in June! My daughter ordered her prom dress from milky bridal after spending months looking for her ideal dress. We ordered the nearest standard size, paid and waited. The dress arrived exactly when it was due to, and fitted perfectly. BEWARE: I ordered my daughters prom dress and the first concern was that even though their site offered P&P at either £16 (5-8 day delivery) or £30 (3-4 day delivery)when I got to the checkout you could only have the £30 delivery - v convenient being prom season!!! Only contact I've received is via email (2wks after mine) telling me in broken English that I cannot cancel the order as it can only be done within 24hrs of the order and its too late as the dress is on its way.
I replied telling them that I have cancelled the order and if it turns up I wont accept it!
Dress turned up in small package via Royal Mail (4wks after my order) and I refused to sign for it. Matter is now being dealt with by my credit card company.

I bought a dress from Milly bridal, ordered standard size 16 and ended up with size10 top and 16 bottom , tea length was down to ankles ( I am 175cm tall!) No way of altering as boned bodice certainly not to make top 4 sizes bigger. I wish I had read reviews before. However, I am now writing this email after 2 months of still NO DRESS. Do NOT order from this website. It has been a month now and my dress has not arrived. The website said it would take 17 days including tailoring time. They have taken my money, but provided me with no tracking information, so I cannot even see how my order is processing - if it is in fact processing at all. We ordered a wedding dress from Milly Bridal last November. Without any tracking number or notification of shipping it arrived three weeks later. We were surprised but unfortunately it didn't fit. It was actually our fault that it didn't. We were happy with the quality though, so on Feb 6th we ordered the same dress. Try contacting the Better Business Bureau. My mom and I also had problems with this site, except we didn't receive a dress and they charged more than the original price to her credit card. This unfortunate incident happened about two weeks ago and we're still fighting it. The Better Business Bureau is definitely a big help though.

I paid for my dress on debit card I think - I didn't have any problems with the order as far as I remember. I think it said 'pending' or something at first though, while it waited for Milly Bridal to accept the order.... After a day or so it changed to 'Processing'. I've just checked online and it still says 'Pending', but I received my dress months ago!
I sent an email and got no reply either. I tried the online chat (I think it's only available during office hours in China) and got a response through that - have you tried the online chat?
I hope that helps! And I hope your dress arrives safely - I really do love mine.

Delivery not in time. Finally end up paying much more than expected. Quality issues they do not answer on anymore - of course not - they got my money for 5 dresses. I even called a friend in China to get in touch with them as I was nearly at my end with them. After his call I got a tracking number but all what followes was also not nice. This strapless open back dress is great --really high quality and well made. The chiffon material is good and the lace embellishments give this gown luxe red-carpet elegance. I have looked at 100's of dresses and nothing comes close to that design. The delivery is quick. I received my dress two weeks after my ordering. I love my wedding dress. The wedding is on 5-12-2012 and I placed my order on the 5th of March. The dress shipped on the 9th and was here on the 21st. The day it got here I ran to hide and try it on for the first time and it fit like a glove. A perfect fit, I just couldn’t believe how great it was. AVOID this company. I ordered and paid for a custom wedding dress from Milly Bridal back in August 2011 and was told I would have it by the end of October. At the end of November I hadn't heard anything and sent a number of emails questioning where it was. I was assured it was coming soon. I insisted that they send me a photo before shipping it, and they did about a week later (I strongly recommend getting them to do this for you). I'm so sorry to hear that I am not alone in not receiving my wedding dress. How can we all get watchdog involved?? My dress was ordered in Feb, with a "wedding date set" for yesterday. 2 weeks ago I had an email (further to my numerous chasing emails, with one response to "be patient, it's being processed"), stating the dress was too difficult for them to make in such a short period of time! I asked for my money back and they were unable because the transaction was over 3 months old (they had taken the money immediately having received my order). They asked me to chose another "simpler" dress, which I did, asking them to guarantee a delivery, they said they would deliver on time.
Surprise surprise.... nothing arrived...
LADIES, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR YOUR DREAM DAY. IT WILL BE DISASTROUS!
