Good Points: Flexible, free, lots of ways to control spam, tells you who is sending the spam
Bad Points: Still leaves you with spammers from before you used this. It only helps with new places you register with. (i.e not a filter)
General comments: www.soodonims.com - My inbox has received no new spam since I signed on with. Get a lid on new spam.

I found this site easy to use. If you set this up to protect a new (no spam yet), it will give you total control.
It also allows you to see where the spam source is coming from, which I like. Not that it means anything, but at least it separates the good guys from the bad ones. Well recommend Soodonims.com.
