    We just came back from this "hotel" 2 days ago.We've been going to Marmaris for about 12 years but went at a minutes notice and could only get booked up here!Location is great but the hotel is really run-down and old fashioned compared to those around it!The feeling of not being safe to leave anything of value in your room was constant as there was no safe or modern locks on the room doors!The only lift was out of order for at least 2 days whilst we were there and my disabled wife had to climb 4 flights of stairs.Our bathroom floor was flooded when we first walked in and the ceiling grid fell down the next day so we got moved acoss the hall. That room had a bath instead of a shower and the drain in the floor gurgled constantlty!The air-conditioning had to be purchased at a cost of £20 or the week even though this was not mentioned in the hotel advert,and i gave the receptionist the money and he put it straight into his pocket and would not give me a receipt as he said the office was shut!The breakfast selction was just terrible ,apparently it was a "Turkish breakfast" and i was just glad i did'nt go half-board!!Also we were refused entry one night as we had bought a bottle of coke from a shop and were not allowed to take it in?(by the way it was never less than 48 degrees that week)!To summarise hotel OLD food AWFUL. Recommend steering well clear of Palm Beach Hotel !!!!!

    ive been going to Palm Beach Hotel for 10yrs 2 tims a year the staff are fantasic help you anyway they can good food and shows.they no how to look after you

    we stayed at the palm beach for three weeks in sept 08 and had a wonderful holiday . the room was spacious and cleaned every day with clean linen nearly everyday also. breakfast was basic but always fresh and nicely set out .we had no hassle from staff and all vere very helpful and pleasant we are going back this year for another three weeks so thank you everyone at the palm beach .
    no bad points we would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

    This was our first trip to Marmaris and we loved it. The Palm Beach hotel is quite basic but very reasonably priced. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly and the rooms cleaned every day and towels and linen changed every 3 days. We stayed bed and breakfast, but only had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times. The breakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast which was nice, but the food ordered in rosies bar was beautiful.     We stayed here on the 4th July 2008 for 14 nights, we thought the reception could be very rude and arrogant. I can say the cleaners don't seem to clean, it was only the last day I noticed they actually moved my shampoo and wiped under it. We felt we were a bit ripped off for the air con and we were booked for a front room and never got it. We were about the only 2 British couples there, the rest were Muslims and I dont object to any religion but we heard their prayers 24/7. Would never go back t ...

    The Palm Beach Hotel is on the beach, on a very busy place - karaoke bars, steak house, disco bar "Talk Of The Town" etc. Rooms are clean. I didn't think the food was good, so I wouldn't eat it if I were you. The staff were friendly, mostly.

    My family and I stayed in this hotel at the beginning of July and loved it. Although it is a basic hotel with simple room facilities our overall stay was fantastic. As we spend rarely any time in the rooms it did not bother us that it was basic. We found that the location of the hotel was excellent, we had priority of the section of beach directly infront of the hotel, which was perfect.     This is our second trip to Marmaris and can not fault the place at all, the only good point for us was that the hotel was on the beach front which we like, but this hotel that we stayed in was awful, luckily you are not in your room for that long each day, only to shower and sleep in, thank goodness. Hotel staff, you only ever see the receptionists and maybe a cleaner now and again (they don't clean though) only change your towels. First night getting into the shower and the tap would not work ...
