General comments: Only had this Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets machine about a year.Keep cleaning the filters like everyone else. The motor has now dropped through the casing,Icontacted the company with regard to the 2 YEAR and was told it was my fault because I had not cleaned the filters out.I asked what the motor shaft dropping through the casing hadto do with the filters but just ended up receiving a load of rubbish

This Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets is the worst product I have ever bought. I spend more time cleaning the filters and un-jamming the turbo nozzle than I do actually cleaning. I find it difficult and complicated to empty and as the filters are so poorly designed, the machine constantly overheats and cuts out and you need to wait an hour before it will work again. When (after 6months use) it completely broke down, instead of replacing the product, Morphy Richards insisted on repairing it. ...- Read Gill E Smith's review (149 words)

This Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets is the worst product I have ever bought! I initially bought it because it was a 2000W and strong enough to clean up pet hair (or so I thought).
There is very little suction, even after cleaning ALL the filters after each use. It often cuts out and I have to wait an hour before I can use it again.
I wish someone had told me about this product before I wasted my money on it. I hate it!- Read Guest's review (130 words and 1 comment)
