The pearl power shifter p122tw is a affordable double kick,that is really well priced for what you get, and has so many features like a duo beat,power shifter etc, and is really well made.This double kick is solid as a rock. Made of metal and aircraft grade Aluminum.Not only is this pedal heavy but has hooks that can be adjusted to stop the pedal from shifting from the bass drum,which is another great feature.The chain of this double kick is a single chain, but preforms well,and does the job.The duo beat has a two side beater that is adjustable for the hard plastic side and the felt side,depending on what style of music you are playing.Another great feature is you can adjust the power shifter foot board for tension,for any type of feel you desire,soft medium,hard.The pearl power shifter p122tw is easy to set up,and comes with a easy set up instruction manual and a pearl universal key that is mainly used for the setup of the double kick, and can also be used on drums.
I also forgot to mention,there are two Alain keys included with the double kick.
So far i cant think of any bad things about this pedal
Overall i would recommend this pearl power shifter p122tw to any drummer that is looking for a rugged,reliable and nice looking double kick that is affordable and will last a long time.
