Having purchased a refurbished property, the developer had installed CDA CI994 dishwasher, oven/cooker and washer dryer.
I am appalled with the quality, style, durability and customer service of CDA and their products. I have had engineers call many times to all the appliances and still they have not fixed them correctly. This has been ongoing for the past year.

Now, they are refusing to come and fix the products, which are still under warranty, unless I pay the engineer fee of £50. This is sneaky way for them to get money out of customers for fixing their products which are actually under warranty already!

Their service team are rude and unhelpful and post purchase care is the most appalling I have come across in any manufacturer.

Worst mistake ever. After 4 months the CDA CI994 washer ripped lots of clothes to shreds. CDA denied responsibility and made me claim through house insurance, they said I shouldn't be putting bras in the wash (has anyone ever heard that!?) The manual cycles don't work, two loads take all day and the dryer is unuseable - it's so hot the clothes bleed.

cda should stop making washing machines and stick to dishwashers and ovens etc... take my word for it as i design kitchens for a living and fell in the trap of thinking top of the range cda for a washer would do the trick.... big mistake. for the preveous reviewer complaining about the time.... cda claims it is part of the energy saving jibba jabba... i am truely gutted, had a fantastic samsung free standing that cost half the price but would put cda to shame

I thoroughly agree with the previous comments and only chose CDA on the recommendationof my kitchen planner. Washing can take nearly three hours for a full load and then 90 minutes for drying which only has one temperature so is absolutely useless for synthetics. There is also no cooling down temperature on the drying cycle which means everything comes out steaming. I cannot wait to replace it.

We got this CDA CI994 washer dryer through Falcon Interiors of Melksham who install our brand new kitchen. I was under the impression that the integral appliances would be by Bosch or Neff, unfortunately they decided to install CDA! They say it was to keep the price down, but it didn't appear to do that either!
The dishwasher is not too bad only one or two rejects each wash, but, and it is a big but, the washer dryer is absolutely awful. It creases everything, even before a dry cycle. There is n ...
