This is the worst phone I have ever had!! Considering it was supposed to be a competitor for the I phone it's nothing in comparison. The touch screen is not very responsive, and it is not easy to navigate. I cannot wait to get another phone. The only good thing about it is the camera but again difficult to work out where photos are stored or how to move.

This phone would be a good phone if it actually worked properly. The first Omnia I had was was a complete LEMON. Touch screen wouldn't work, ringer would change ringtones, ringer would ring then not ring, some calls would come through, some wouldn't(and this in in regular tower zones)the texting would change languages...It was sooo weird. I took it in ...they gave me a new one. I am currently on my 5th omnia phone from april to Nov. The common problem being the phones would freeze and the ringer would not work...I was constantly missing calls. I have since gone back to my crappy little phone and am currently looking to get a new one. thank god my service provider is restarting my contract for me.

i900 Omnia is the 1st Samsung i have ever had and i will not be rushing to get another one. Can't see the screen outside in sunlight, it freezes regularly, need to use the stylus to make a call apart from your 4 favourite people. Won't connect to my TomTom (710) i had to buy a nokia for this.

In my opinion the Samsung i900 phone is not user friendly.
The user interface is not fast enough.
The presses are still inaccurate when using the keyboard.
The notion of "there is no need of a stylus" should not be in the same sentence as this phone.
When the battery goes dead it is really dead no chance to revive it for the car charger connect to the cigarette lighter.
No chance of seeing the screen if you use it in daylight.
Do not ever try to use this phone to call when you are driving because you will manage to activate all the programs from the start menu but 9 times out of 10 you will not be able to make a simple call.
This is the worst phone I ever owned. I have developed applications using a number of popular platforms and I decided to follow the reviews an buy this phone. Big mistake.

Hi, this is my first real frustrated comment ever on the net. If you are a business man like me and time is rather vital for you counts by seconds I strongly advice you not even to look or think about buying I900 omniyeh for it's rather slow system, slow in responding, and the camera is even slow if you are to catch a speedy scene. If you want to be sorry the rest of your life then consider buying i900, you'll be sorry that no one can help you... yet you are alone, believe me I bought the phone and used it for one month still can't figure the hell its irrational behaviors and why it's not responding and very slow when you have about 250 contacts and memos.....

Not enough hours in the day day to describe how utterly disappointing the Samsung i900 Omnia phone is. Slow, poor sound volume, has a habit of resetting the options (esp when trying to sync). Runs Windows (should have been a warning in itself!). Puts sent tests into the Inbox! Which nutter thought of that one. Only seems to hold a history of the last 25 so mails recieve (inc the ones you sent).
Bateery life is dreadful 24hrs if you are lucky
What can I say? It look nice, a mate of mine said it was brilliant, the vodafone bloke said it would do what I asked.
What a total disappointment. This phone is a heap of junk if you want to use it as a phone or text with it. I gave up 12 year's of brliiant Nokia's for this!!! Truely dreadful, Windows 6.1 mobile!!! Immobile would be closer to the truth. After a week when it finally decided to Sync with outlook, it then decided not to Sync anymore and then claim Outlook wasn't installed. If you are a texter this is a phone to avoid.

I didn't like the Samsung i900 Omnia from day 1 but thought I will get used to it. But it is still as complicated... The system is just....bad. The internet is slow and hell to use on this phone. You can't even scroll down or zoom in without sceen flicking and doing all sorts of things you don't want it to do. The touch screen is even worse, slow to respond and if/when respond, doesn't take you to where you want it to take you. I am on my 4th month of 18 months contract with O2 but really don't know how long my patience is going to last with this phone. I am getting to the point where I am just going to buy an iPhone and sell my Omnia for peanuts because I hate it!!!!!!!

Great Camera, memory and good games.. however I do not recommend the Samsung Omnia as I find it a pain to use personally. I am not happy with the battery life, I think what if my car breaks down on the motorway and I want to ring AA but cant because my Omnia has died due to battery life. I do not recommend this mobile phone.

This phone is not user friendly enough for me personally, takes too much time to make calls, text or look up addresses. Highly overrated as this henders my ability to do business and follow up.
Over priced fancy phone that is good for the person that isn't on the go or in a hurry. If you want a phone that is easy to use this isn't it.

Phone looks nice but I think it was released prematurely, it has tons of bugs, a short battery life, wifi not working properly and generally a useless phone in my opinion. Not recommended, and customer support from Samsng was very poor.

As soon as i got the phone, i was overwhelmed with confusion as the touch screen literally just wouldn't work properly, i didn't get anything i clicked on, just a disappointing experience in which i took the phone back in a week of purchasing.

I had this phone for a week, I found it harder and harder to use.
I thought it was a touch screen where infact you had to use a stick to use!
I wish there is more information on the Omnia before I got it as it too much , hardly competes with I Phone.
I wouldnt reccommend this to anyone.

Phone provided by Phones 4 U under a Vodafone contract.
Replaced faulty phone one week after purchase.
Replacement phone worked in-store, then went faulty (same fault) 24 hrs after purchase.
My belief is that the phone has been released without being proven and customers are being used as trouble shooters.

The Samsung i900 Omnia takes a lot of getting used to it is good on paper, light and will fit into the pocket nicely. However, the keyboard is not so good, a poor screen and poor response to touch.

On paper the Samsung Omnia is unbeatable. It certainly talked the talk but when i actually used it i thought it was slow and sluggish. The touch screen barely works when scrolling!!

Its not true that you have to use the stylus. It IS a touch screen phone, and you CAN use touch to use it...I do all the time...
