Bad Points: Not a great collection of songs or any new ideas, the albums real problem is the high quality of leons previous albums, all shame this on repeated listens and you get the sense they are on a tour/album treadmill thats sapping their creativity.

General comments: Only By The Night has a couple of good songs show the band still deserve a listen, good production.
I think a re-think is required before they record again, some bands plough the same furrow and come up with the goods, the kings didn't on this one.

Amazing from start to finish, don't really like 17 but Sex On Fire, Crawl, Use Somebody, Be Somebody are all unbelievable. I have all the albums but this is the best by far. Clearer lyrics help but its just stonking, and I hate to admit but its better than Dig Out Your Soul.

Kings Of Leon's Only By The Night is their best album to date, I've just got into this band and this album blew me away. Sure to be one of the biggest albums of the year.
