    Good Points: It is near Great Yarmouth which is, in my opinion, one of the best seaside resorts in this country.


    Bad Points: The chalet was old, smelly and poorly cleaned. Water kept mysteriously appearing on the kitchen and toilet floor. We were that unhappy we left 3 days early and despite our complaints we remain dissatisfied.


    General comments: The price makes it seem like a good deal but I would really recommend you pay more to stay somewhere else. Far from enjoying my Summerfields Holiday Village holiday we found the whole experience unpleasant as the accommodation was that poor and our dealings with the staff there eventually became quite upsetting.

    Month later I'm still waiting for a reply from head office regarding written complaint, wouldn't knowingly use this company again or recommend Summerfields Holiday Village.
