    Never appear to be able to gain access to same site 2 times running. Trying to access Scottish Widows Client Services online appears hopeless.

    I thought I would be getting a good service with a small, specialised bank, which has been the case up 'til now.
    However, trying to use their internet banking service has been a bit of a nightmare - as in it doesn't work for me.
    Looks like the old fashioned telephone might have to be used instead!! Argh.

    I found www.scottishwidows.co.uk fairly simple to set up bearing in mind that there have to be security precautions.
    Am a fairly recent low-usage member but no problems so far. Seems fairly well set up - so far. No bad points so far.

    They should send out a customer id and PIN and only sent me a PIN so I had to request another ID and PIN. When they sent these out the login still doesn't work .... very poor indeed. When I phoned them up they said they didn't know what was wrong and that maybe I can try again later or request another ID and PIN ... which is exactly what I did the last time and didn't work.
