    Bought our Spring Air mattress over a year ago...hate it....the body impressions get worse and worse--we are not "huge" people either! Very uncomfortable....getting ready to contact them and dread the process after hearing horror stories of dealing with unsatisfactory mattresses! But--just hoping I can help steer someone else from going with a Spring Air!!!!

    This was a Spring Air Mattress we bought from Macy's. We had the mattress inspected three times before Spring Air concluded that it was faulty i.e. the sag was more than 1.75 inches. We measured the sag at 2.5 inches. Macy's would NOT deal with us. They claimed they discontinued service with S.Air and we would have to go there. S.Air wanted yet another inspection (after they had already deemed it faulty) plus a 16 page questionnaire plus all receipts plus pictures etc etc. We threatened Macy' ...
