    If you want an extremely expensive previously owned Rolex watch, that has been significantly modified and does not have all original rolex parts, than Melrose Jewelers is the place for you. No return policy even though they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed on the web site. Buyers BEWARE!

    I have only purchased 1 used Rolex at Melrose Jewelers, but they treated me like I had known them for years. I have looked at and bought used Rolex watches at other stores (both online and in storefronts) and I have to say this was the easiest of them all.This being the second pre owned Rolex I ' ve bought for myself I figured I should just spend the money and get a top shelf model.     I've purchased my Rolex from Melrose Diamonds and I absolutely love my new Rolex! My purchase was so easy, convenient and affordable. If you are a shopper and are in the market for a Rolex watch and are smart enough to know that a pre-owned Rolex is a better decision, I would highly recommend them.

    Melrose Jewelers thank you for providing an excellent online shopping experience. When another online watch retailer didn't have the Rolex datejust I was looking for, I found your site and realized right away it was the site I should have been shopping for rolex watches at from the beginning. I was looking for something different, and when I spoke to their customer service rep, he suggested I take a look at the Rolex Datejust with the red dial.     I am totally satisfied with Melrose Jewelers. They, unlike other jewelry sites, promptly answered a question that I e-mailed them, and I was impressed with that. I wasn't sure what the difference was between a president Rolex and an Oyster Rolex, they explained that it described the type of band the watch had.     I'm very happy with my Men's Rolex Datejust purchase; I only wish that I had found Melrose Jewelers sooner. I wasted a good week investigating other online stores until I found Melrose Jewelers. I saved a few hundred dollars at the same time, and got a better quality and model Rolex watch than I was about to buy at another online retailer. I was originally looking at the cheaper stainless steel rolex date just models.

    I've purchased two Rolex watches from Melrose Jewelers and feel nothing but satisfaction with their service. The sales associate helped me choose a ladies rolex watch for my daughter who was graduating college. He was extremely professional.
