Having purchased previous cars, three prior to this, we had no hesitation in returning to the CarShop Swindon. We were, as always, greeted by staff who are clearly passionate about what they do and are eager to please the customer. It took me three full days of test driving various cars and changing my mind more than once, the gentleman who served me was so patient and understanding, don't know how he managed it, thank you to him, you are a star. His knowledge of the vehicles being sold was amazing. Having read other reviews, I do not agree with the "hard sell" views that people have, we dealt with a guy who is a credit to the company and could not do enough to help, the after sales service was second to none and we will be returning once more when we change our car again. We ended up buying a car for our son too!!! The Manager clearly runs a tight ship where the priority is always customer satisfaction and the customer really does come first, thank you to him. No hesitation in recommending the CarShop Swindon to anyone. A fantastic team.

I purchased a car a couple of months ago, but it developed a fault. When I reported it I spoke to a lady that obviously knew her stuff. Everything was explained and got my car was fixed in 2 days and no cost to me. Thank you to that lady,

Needed a mid size car with Bluetooth, sat nav and parking sensors with a limited budget. The very helpful salesman wasn't pushy came up with 3 choices, 2 test drives later I picked the car I wanted and needed with the colour I liked. I liked the fact that I didn't have to go outside to look at cars. Everyone was very helpful and I would defiantly buy my next car from there again.

I would thoroughly recommend Carshop to anyone and everyone. The service I received was excellent. The car that I bought is excellent. I will return to Swindon Carshop for my next car.

My carshop experience was first class, our salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy, professional but also easy to have a laugh with at the same time. Every member of staff we came across helped us out in anyway they could and I was able to drive away my new car within an hour of purchasing which was great. Originally went in just to have a look at cars, see what's about and maybe in the future come back and have a look into buying one. We were greeted, very friendly, and them sat down to discuss what we were aiming to look at, if we wanted any tea or coffee. The man who helped us was tremendous! Friendly, down to earth, wasn't interested in ripping us off like some car dealerships, you hear of. Was only interested in ensuring we get the car we want. And boy we did! We gave a simple budget plan, and specification of car we would like and immediately he knew of two cars they had available to drive away that same day. It was a very simple transition from choosing the car to going through to do all the paper work with another gentleman who was very courteous, helpful and witty, it's refreshing to have people like this who legitametly love their job and just enjoy meeting new people. The paperwork stage was very thorough and was made crystal clear from point to point. We were able to drive away a couple of hours later. Fantastic service, easy and stress free. Would recommend to many and more. Quick note to Jurgen our sales person, great bloke!

We had spent two days prior to discovering the car shop trawling all the main dealers of cars trying to get a good price on a used 4wd car. We were part exchanging two cars and had not been offered a fair price and once dealer was down right obnoxious. The staff we dealt with all the way through the process were helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy in anyway. Particular mention to our sales consultant who was excellent. The car we bought was great value for money (£2k less than a lower spec model we viewed in a main dealer)and we got an excellent and fair price on our part exchanges. The whole process took around three and a half hours, including test drive, appraisal of our cars and documentation (there was no shortage of tea and coffee while we were waiting ), and we drove away in our purchase that day. Certainly less hassle and haggling then selling or buying privately/from main dealer. Will use again.

My CarShop Swindon experience from start to finish by Jay. We purchased a BMW 320d Touring Special edition (11 plate) 1.) Sales Experience = 10/10 Thanks to Wayne Hillier & Trevor Hamley Both very professional and helpful. They make a great team. Very polite and good product knowledge. Special thanks to Wayne, you are a great Sales Consultant. 2.) Payment = 9/10 This was with the Business Specialist Marc Adair Once we had decided to buy the car we were taken to see Marc. He explained the options we could buy which was fine. I explained that as I had already gone over my budget I had no more money to buy the extras. He said to me that “that is your problem not mine” I found that this attitude was unnecessary and found him to be rude. He must have had a bad day. But still no way to talk to a customer. I paid my deposit and left. I had to see Marc a few days later to pay the balance and collect the paperwork so that I could tax my car. On this visit Marc was a wonderful and helpful person. If only he was like that from the start. He was well organised and had all the paperwork ready. Thank you Marc. 3.) Collection = 10/10 I collected my car a day earlier then initially planned as it was ready. My collection consultant was Jamie. He was very helpful and organised. However, quality of the work done on the car (windscreen chip and minor body panel stone damage repair) was very poor. I was not happy, but was informed that that was the best that could be done. 4.) After Sales, Customer Experience Department A week later the screen stone chip repair had started to disintegrate and the repair to the body panel had come out. I contacted customer services and spoke to Adam. Very understanding and booked the car in for repair. On the day of repair both Adam and George were very helpful in getting the problem resolved. Thank you. Overall - I am extremely happy with my car. The service I experienced was of a high standard. If you are looking for a car and based on my experience I recommend a visit to Swindon Carshop. I suggest you have a look on their internet site in advance of your visit. Make sure that you check your selected car as much as possible before you decide to buy. Good Luck !!!

Was only going in for a quick look round but after being shown a different selection of cars i found one that i really liked the look of. They have a fantastic wide selection of cars within the shop so i had plenty to choose from. I have only ever bought cars from friends or independent sellers so it was a real shock to have so many helpful people help me in choosing the right car for me. Would definitely recommend anyone else to go and have a look around the car shop as you may end up like me and see something you just have to buy.

From arrival to finish we had great service. The gentlemen went out of their way to help you and Trevor H the manager was very good. The car we wanted had only come in the day we got there so had not been valeted when we test drove it and they kept appologising for this but we weren't worried, we advised them how much we wanted to spend and they kept to this for us.. We were kept informed on the whole process and only had to chase up on news a couple of times but thats because I wanted everything like yesterday. My husband was away with work so I was very happy with the service from the guys and would deffinately go back all the staff are friendly and greet you like a long lost friend.
