    THE ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS A LITTEL BUT MORE ABOUT THE CAR AS I LIKE TO KNOW THE INS AND OUTS OF THE CAR BUT OVER ALL I HAD A GREAT TIME BUYIN A CAR AT THE CAR SHOP.

    This is the first time I have purchased a car from a car supermarket, at the car shop they sit you down and find the car that suits your needs, very slick operation, if you are just going to look around dont be suprissed if they try to sell you something. They found me the car I needed at a fantastic price. Thank you car shop. very happy.

    I feel i have to write a quick review to give the public the right idea of the Car Shops process, the sales guys work very hard to find you what you want and are always willing to look again, dont be put off by them asking to help you that's there job, they found me the car i was looking for and for owning it for over two months now they have also looked after me with great aftercare, this is why I have purchased a second car from them. Thank You Car Shop.

    I was looking at buying a new car and decided to go and see what the Car Shop was about, I have read the reviews and was a bit weary due to people moaning about being harassed, if you are a genuine buyer the sales guys do a fantastic job (I think some people just like to moan, even when they haven't even spent any money there.     We went to the Car Shop in Swindon just to browse really, but we were ushered to a table and I could see that the sales man was going to ask me for lots of information such as my name, postal address, phone number and so on. I only wanted to browse what they had in stock!

    I told the sales man my first name and then he asked for my surname and I said I wouldn't tell him, and I said that I wouldn't be telling him any other information on his form. So he went off to talk to his manager. At this p ...

    This is the second car I have bought from The Car Shop and both times the service has been first class. Every department is very competent and knows exactly what they are doing. The price's are extremely low and the quality is brilliant.

    I went in one day not expecting to drive away but I did, so I'm really, really pleased. The sales guys were absolutely brilliant, there's been no problems, straight in, straight out. Brilliant. Prices are very competitive at The Car Shop. I went to a few other places which were a bit more expensive for the same sort of things, so really pleased with the price. I would say definitely go there to give it a go because they will be happy to help, happy to advise. Excellent.

    Overall it was a fantastic experience, I've been in now, the third time of returning and purchased three cars for the wife and the overall experience from start to finish has always been excellent. The price was fantastic, this time I was looking for a slightly larger vehicle and saw the vehicle that I wanted, test drove it and it was perfect; everything we needed.

    After an initial unpleasant encounter some months ago, I vowed to never buy from The Car Shop Megastore. In spite of this, recently my best friend enlightened me of his up to date experience, which transformed my opinion.     Saw a Honda Hybrid on Ebay and then found out more about it on their website.
    Called to speak to a salesman who told me all about the car and then when I said I would come to view in a couple of days time would he be there, he said it was his day off and he would give my details to someone else.     Brought a car from the car shop in swindon 2months ago. NEVER AGAIN! First minor problem was we paid for the diamond bright protection (scotch guard inside and polish outside). They claimed to have done it, but when tested at home, water sunk straight in instead of sitting on the top like it was supposed to. Taking money for services not provided!     Don't go to the Car Shop Megastore - before you are even allowed to view the forms you are made to sit down with a salesperson to complete a lengthy questionnaire regarding the every detail that you want in a car.     I bought a car from The Car Shop Megastore, Swindon two years ago, at the time I remember it taking forever to sort it out, it was very rushed and very pushy but I needed to get a car that day so we went through with it.

    When I went to pick up the car none of the bits of work they promised to have done to the car was done and they would not let me near the vehicle until I had paid.

    A week of driving the vehicle and I found so many problems, it is awful.

    The Car Shop Megastore, Swindon, has plenty of cars to view if left alone. We were sorry to have to leave, as we had chosen the car we would have liked but we just didnt like there sales tactics. I didn't like having to sign a form for the new vehicle before being given a quote for my own car.

    I went to Swindon Car Shop Megastore knowing nothing about their sales style. I live in Bristol and wanted to have a look at lots of different cars to help inform my decision about what car would suit.

    I wanted to have a look at cars with my wife but pushy sales people at The Car Shop Megastore in Swindon really made me angry.
    In the first 10 minutes I had 4 different sales people hassling with me. Even I explained all them I wanted to browse the cars all by myself some of them decided to follow me and started their selling speeches. That really made me angry.
    I thought that was a free shop where you can browse all the different options.
