    Brilliant. Have used on many ocassions. Usually cheaper than other book sites and deliveries often received within 36 hours of placing the order. Very fast and efficient.

    PickABook is quite good place to oderd books for my needs. Now Firefox add-on is available for PickABook. With this toolbar I like PickABook even more!

    Very Impressed with Pickabook. Good choice of items.
    Very Quick. Next day delivery.
    I have used another book shop and they took two weeks and it was in stock,
    I will be using this site again.

    Wow! What a fantastic service! My order was placed at 3pm, dispatched at 7pm and arrived the following day at 12.30pm 100% accurate, complete and well packaged. You can't get a much better service than that! And with approximately 1/3 off most books they are well worth a vist. I will certainly be using Pickabook again for my future book purchases and would definitely recommend them.

    I have just received my latest order from Pickabook and as usual I am delighted with the whole service. It is a very easy website to use and my books always arrive on time and in excellent condition.

    I have never had a problem.

    Looking for a book for my studies, found it on Amazon and Pickabook for the same price, both free delivery but Pickabook had stock. Spoke to customer support who assured me it would be with me within 3 days. Ordered it and it arrived next day - Wow ! Its nice to be able to speak to a real person when you want.

    I ordered the book before publication date, and I was kept informed of progress until it was finally dispatched, after which it took only 2 days to be delivered. The price was exceptionally good (half the 'hot-off-the-press' figure) - I hope Pickabook weren't out of pocket!

    I've shopped with Pickabook numerous times over several years, and I've always been delighted with the whole service. The website is refreshingly easy to use, and the books always arrive in good time and in good condition.

    I bought books one day and received them the next and the delivery was free. I bought books for my daughters 11 + studies and Pickabook was the only online bookshop I could find who were offering a discount.

    A totally unacceptable experience. Book took seven days from order placement to delivery, even though it was supposedly in stock and delivery should take 2-3 days according to their website. One of the books was damaged and I had to go to the Post Office and return at my own expense (although they promised to refund the cost to my credit card). Arrogant and frankly useless customer service; for this level of inconvenience I really expected some small gesture of goodwill and will certainly never ...

    Ordered a book on 13 december 2008 paid for it plus search fees on that date. 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Five emails later from pickabook still no book.
    Then email from pickabook today 19 january 2009 cancelling my order. 3 to 5 working days to get a refund.

    I have always had faultless service from www.pickabook.co.uk and I have been a regular user for a couple of years now. On rare occasions it is not the cheapest option, but it is always pretty competitive.
