I was completely happy with the BDM at point of sale, but there after it went downhill. I was promised a seamless change of network with a cashback to help along the way. Still I am waiting on most of the cashback the BDM has disappeared. The local so called Director just passes the buck to the clueless admin team. At least they try! If the director cant be bothered with sending out cash which is owed then why should anyone go with CommuniComms UK?

Took out a contract for 65 mobile phones for my company with communicomms. The contract involved a monthly cashback from Communicomms. The company were repeatedly late in paying the cashback and now at the end of the 12 month contract two monthly payments are still owed. Despite numerous calls to the office I am now having to take legal action against the company to recover a considerable sum. Got a call from one of the sales reps and decided to invite them out. They gave what seemed a good deal and once signed up never heard from the sales rep again.
Once received the phones, 2 didn't work and have never managed to get these swapped so I have bought another 2 myself.
The first bill came early due to the apparent manager wanting to connect my business for the end of the month. I got a bill for over £1000 for 5 numbers. Clearly wrong.

Poor customer service from their head office, rude staff, calls dont get returned and the Directors dont care... more like communiCONs that a telecom company.
The deal they offered was quicky taken back and have been left paying much more for the contract that I could get cheaper with the network.

I have dealt with Communicomms for a while now and have never had a problem with them. Staff are very friendly, they return calls and most importantly they give you correct information and are only too willing to help. They also carry out what they promise and if they cant make savings etc, they are honest and will tell you.
