Good Points: Very easy to read.
Clear examples.
Motivational.

General comments: Like the other reviewer, Michael E. Gerber's E-myth Revisited was one of the first business books I read from cover to cover and found interesting and motivational. Going from an entrepreneur, with an exciting business idea and creation to basically just an employee of your own business does drain your motivation and enthusiasm. This book helps you realise what is needed to get the initial creative juices flowing while having a successful business running without you having to do every task it demands. The information makes complete sense, putting it into action and getting it right is more difficult. It's worth a read or two!

Michael E. Gerber's E-myth Revisited is one of the first business books I ever read. It is very readable with good examples. The questions are very searching, and a good help for people seeking to discover themselves and what they want out of life. The main business lesson is the use of systems to bring scalability and efficiency to businesses.
