Have used their website twice now, and ordered items that were shown "in Stock". On both occasions I have later received phone calls stating that the items had been Discontinued. “Delays and Lies”

I ordered several items online 28th August. Received phone call on Weds the 3rd to say one item was not in stock so they therefor hadn't sent the rest of the items. Pretty annoyed at this delay already but willing to let it go. Why are they allowing us to order things which are out of stock in the first place and especially if they are going to take too long to receive them? “Appalling business practices”

Advertised a bike as in stock. Took over £1500 of my hard earned money and notified me 5 days later (when I was expecting to have it delivered) that the bike I ordered was no longer available from their supplier! So, they didn't have the bike I ordered at all. They offered no apology for this though did offer me a different bike for the same money... “Worst mistake ever!”

I purchased a Scott Gambler in early 2014 only to find out the item wasn't intact in stock. Since receiving it 2 months after ordered the bike was great, but however when things went wrong how appalling the customer service really was became too obvious! My bike has been with them on "warranty" for five weeks, they've avoided my calls, missed emails and when they did answer they just changed the lie to some other time or thing they were doing. Very poor service, ordered items 16 days ago, displayed as in stock, chased order as they took money but my account said no order received, said order had been received but having order items today and would forward when arrived. Waited a week and emailed, told item due in that day and would be sent 1st class post. Still waiting more a week later. Is this company is an agent for an other company or purchasing abroad. “Bad Experience ALL ROUND”

Finding and buying the bike online was a relatively good experience but after that it just all went downhill. Tredz staff from sales to customer service were incredibly unhelpful. Communication around delivery was terrible and I had to contact Tredz and two delivery companies and had to take two days off work (unpaid) in order to wait for my delivery which EVENTUALLY arrived, scratched and the box totally bent out of shape. my new bike from tredz came with both racks missing one loose grip and badly fitted mudgaurds there was no packing at all in the box i had to do all the sorting out and set the gears up i got no explanation or appolegy from tredz

Well this is my story. Ordered couple of bike locks on 5 nov. On 11 of nov. I found slip from company called Yodel or something like that. However on that slip was a parcel number and a hour of attempt so I called the number and I was told that that was third attempt and now I must collect my purchase from the local depot miles away well I said perhaps u could give me one more go and try to deliver to my work address they said yes ok go to website and there u can setup new delivery address… Read Full Review

“Good item, poor service”

I ordered some gloves, only to be sent the wrong gloves in the wrong size. Tredz has now replaced the gloves, with the correct pair, but the process of sending the gloves back was a hassle. Something seems to go wrong every other time I order from Tredz. Last year the same thing happened with a saddle, and that was even more of a hassle to get sorted. “Absolutely Clueless”

Don't really know where to begin with this one! Absolutely abysmal service from Tredz. Just over two weeks to sort it out after numerous calls pretty much daily and after being sent the wrong part twice! It came without the front break working, presumably damaged in transit so I rang asking how the Tredz team were going to replace or fix it and I was told to go into a local bike shop pay for the fixture of up to a maximum of £30 then send the invoice to Tredz and they would refund me. sounds like the same EXPERTS who assembled my bike put your bike together mine had the two racks missing and several other issues i had to sort out mudgaurds and gears very dissapointing

As seems to be the case with most online bike shops these days i ordered a product which came up as in stcok and then received a call 3 days later saying they have no stock in and can't get any in the near future..... Purchased a bike. Email from them to sat it would be delivered next day. Did not come. In spite of many different assurances from TNT to Tredz and myself, they did had not delivered five days later. Can not waste my life waiting in for uncertain delivery so cancelled order (£1600). Courier turned up the day after. Packaging looked like it had been trashed in their care over the previous week. “Not good this time!”

Had ordered previously and been very impressed with the service and communication. This time however, I heard nothing for over a week. When I called the person I spoke with was efficient but told me the order hadn't gone through and had now been put on the system. I was then told it was being dispatched 1st class but this still took 3 more days to arrive. I also got an e-mail saying it had been dispatched after I had received the item.
