    Fantastic. Very good wesite. Plenty of choice. Very good value for money. Excellent custonmer service. The item I ordered was out of stock but they kept me informed of the progress at all times. Very helpful and I would 100% recommend.

    I ordered something "in stock" on the website. It was out of stock and I received a phone call offering me "something similar". Waste of time.

    Tredz are without doubt the worst company i've ever dealt with. Two weeks after ordering and i'm still waiting! Things advertised were out of stock and items despatched late (if they even have been despatched & i'm not convinced they have). Various promises have been made when i've spoken to people on the phone. Avoid at all costs!

    Tredz are an absolute joke. I don't understand how they can still be in business. I tried to buy a bike through the cycle to work scheme which means you have to buy what it says on your voucher. Except when the mail order department sell you bike to someone else and it turns out the model is now discontinued. No apology and no offer to really help apart from continously advising me to buy a model that I didn't want - AVOID, THESE GUYS ARE WORSE THAN USELESS

    Tredz have good prices (cheapest place I could find for the camelbak trail blazer hydration pack, £10 cheaper than street price) but ridiculously slow delivery. And not because of the post office. My first order took 5 working days just to dispatch the item even though the website says it is in stock.

    The next time, I wanted to buy the same bag for a friend (because it is a brilliant bag) and I chose next day delivery for an extra £10 hoping to get it by the next weekend and it ST ...

    Just don't bother believing that the Tredz website is up to date. If it doesn't say "out of stock" it probably means it is out of stock but they will call you with an alternative. So, if you have researched what you want and you think they have it, call first, they probably don't!

    Tredz promise delivery over and over again, you wait around for cycle to turn up - it doesn't arrive.
    The same thing has happened 3 times now.
    I don't believe they have what they're selling in stock, so you end up having to wait for it while they make excuses.
    Buy your bike from somewhere else.

    Found the bike my son wanted on Tredz, called to confirm that bike was in stock. Was told it was & would be delivered in 2 - 3 days. Later received email to say bike was not in stock. Called and spoke to a member of staff who was extremely helpful. He arranged for bike to be delivered the NEXT day!!!
    It arrived as promised. Great result !!!

    Tredz were best on price. Very helpful by phone and email. No delivery problems. Would definitely use them again.

    Dont buy from Tredz, they sold me a different bike than what was on the website and wanted £35 if i wanted to return it. A member of staff was way offhand on the phone also. RUBBISH to deal with these people and I am serious

    Some people have mentioned slow delivery with Tredz, but I ordered on a Thursday night & received delivery Monday morning, not bad for free delivery. Good points were pricing & free delivery

    Ordered the bike from Tredz and got it delivered without any hitches (Ordered the bike on the Friday, delivered by the following Wednesday), you cant really ask for more, also the best price for the bike I ordered. (Genesis Altitude 30)

    I have seen a few reviews mentioning tredz slow delivery so the question I have is are the items they have in stock or are they ordered in when you order them? If they are actually in stock then in my opinion their picking and packing is extremely slow.

    Day 8 after ordering from Tredz, and I still haven't received a pair of 'in stock' gloves! Completely unacceptable.

    I ordered a pair of gloves seven days ago but still haven't received them. Most online retailers do dispatch items within a day, I feel that seven days is completely unacceptable.

    Excellent customer service at Tredz. I really felt I was actually dealing with real people, who took a great deal of pride in what they were doing and cared for the product they were supplying to me.
    Good value.
    Highly recommend Tredz.

    All I had to do when I received the bike was put the pedals on and turn the handle bars round then tighten the bolts up. EASY!!!

    Tredz are great and the products are even better I recommend Tredz to any one who needs a bike or accessories I will use tredz again 10 out of 10.

    Tredz would not deliver a £700.00 bike because some pedals that I ordered was out of stock. Despite them accepting the order and promising next day delivery. They would not even remove the out of stock items and deliver just the bike.

    I bought a bike from them this week, it arrived quickly and I was riding it within 5 minutes. I'd spoken to them on the phone a few times and found the staff knowledgeable and very helpful - would definitely recommend them for cycling purchases.
