    Good Points: Small and compact. Ergonomic design.


    Bad Points: None.


    General comments: I've recently bought the Flexibak cradle and it has been the best buy I have ever made. I'd had a bad back since my early teens, I've had physiotherapy and surgery and they both worked to a certain degree but I always had the pain. Since I've been using the Flexibak exercise cradle, I've been more mobile and in less pain. Picking my grand daughter up is not an effort any more. I take it with me everywhere I go, even on holiday. I'd recommend it to anyone with lower back pain.

    I have suffered back problems for many many years now; I could not stand, sit, or go for a walk for any length of time. Over the years I have spent a lot of money time and effort, I would try anything to get pain relief. I first saw the Flexibak device in 2006 it looked a bit like a medieval contraption, so I gave it a miss.
