    General comments: The pin Chequepoint Money Transfer sent me does not work and the phone nos they supplied dont work They have my £250 and I cant get at it.

    Chequepoint made a lot of unclear charges to my account which equate to nearly 5 pounds per transaction. These charges were in addition to the ones they told me about when purchasing the card in the first place.
    I applied for a PIN on the card which took 2 weeks to arrive. Topping up the card via bank transfer sometimes took weeks to do. At no time did Chequepoint achieve any of their stated promises for service deadline.
